Jim Gattis, Agency Manager at iMGA, LLC, is a native Austinite and graduate of Texas Tech University. Jim has spent 20 years in the medical, pharmaceutical and surgical sales arena. Jim has obtained and achieved many awards in his sales career, including President’s Club two years in a row, Newcomer of the Year, and Target Achievement awards. Jim has consistently finished in the top 5% nationally among his sales peers and has consulted and helped start three nationally-known start up companies. Jim built the first sales force for a market leading orthodontic company, and has held multiple managerial sales roles. His extravert personality, passion, and desire to cultivate long-term relationships have been key to his sales success.

Debra Jackson, Operations Manager for iMGA, LLC, brings over 20 years’ experience in business operations, project management and marketing communications. She began her career as Project Manager in the creative department of a large promotional items manufacturer. She quickly assumed the role of Operations Manager where she oversaw the Creative and Pre-Press departments. Prior to joining iMGA, as Operations Manager for a small corporation, Debra was instrumental in the restructuring and turnaround of the business, assessing and developing corporate procedures, processes and systems for strategic planning/tracking, advertising/promotions, purchasing, accounting, and payroll.

Matthew Myers, Senior Underwriter at iMGA, LLC, has over 23 years of claims and underwriting experience. After graduating from the University of Illinois, he worked in the claims department at EMKAY, Inc. Then he moved into underwriting where he worked his way up to Personal Auto Supervisor of the Western Region with Mercury Insurance. He has extensive experience in underwriting all personal lines products including home, auto and umbrella. Matthew earned his CPCU designation in 2016.

Alice Phillips, Controller of iMGA, LLC, brings over 32 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and business operations management. Alice began her career in the wireless telecommunications industry before the boom in cellular phone usage. During her 20 years at AT&T Wireless, she managed forecasting, tracking, and budgeting for the multi-billion dollar annual expansion of the world-wide wireless network in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. After leaving the wireless industry Alice owned a successful business helping startups and other small business owners design, implement and manage their financial processes and procedures to provide valuable management information and ensure proper security and controls.

Rob Reinarz, President of iMGA, LLC, brings 34 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance business. Rob began his career as a commercial property and casualty underwriter in Dallas with the Travelers Insurance Company. He then spent 18 years in the reinsurance brokerage business as a casualty and specialty program reinsurance broker. During this time he designed and placed reinsurance for many MGA specialty programs and helped MGA clients identify carrier partners and financing sources as well as design and implement new program offerings.

James Dickey, Consulting Board Member, brings 32 years of experience in insurance and insurance systems. James began his career as a product manager for Great American Insurance. He then returned to Texas where he held various product development and marketing positions at insurance companies, including homeowners specialist Republic Insurance. It was through these positions that James gained his appreciation for the tremendous impact technology played in operating an efficient insurance operation, leading him to start the insurance software company InsBridge. Most recently James was the Vice President of Marketing at Kemper Specialty where agency technical support, licensing management and the web site were also under his direction.

Clay Stevens, Consulting Accountant at iMGA, LLC, graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Finance. Clay started his career working in consumer banking for Bank of America throughout college where he received several regional and national recognitions for performance. After graduation, Clay moved into the insurance industry excelling in the position of a personal lines agent assisting Texans with auto, home, and life offerings. These experiences have enabled Clay to perform accounting services while utilizing the knowledge of what it is to be a personal lines agent in Texas.
