All iMGA claims are handled by The Littleton Group.

To report a Claim:

• Complete and submit this Claims Reporting Form, (esta forma en Español) or
• Email imga@mclarens.com, or
• Call toll free 800-773-4081, or
• Fax the claim information to 512-328-2017.

We strongly recommend that agents log in to access payment and claims reporting functionality.
