Regardless of its heritage as All Saint’s Eve or All Hallow’s Eve, Halloween in modern America is a community experience.
In our neighborhood, as in many across the country, children and parents will walk the streets together. Neighbors will greet each other by name or at least recognize each other by sight.
That sense of community is important, as is a sense of fun. So this weekend, have some fun, spend some time with family and friends, and just maybe, carve a pumpkin. 🙂
