Giant improvements in agent workflow can’t happen only inside our systems, though. They have to incorporate your systems as well, and we would like to to our part to make that possible.

I have not been notified when the renewals are going out. I find out when the home office e-mails and lets me know that it showed up on the statement and I need to go in and renew and invoice. Is there a way that I can be notifed when these are sent out.

James, I discovered another stumbling block in the billing. We set up eft by check for an insured and he has called to say he has received a billing notice and reminder as well as hios mortgagee. We were told each year we have to get another signature. You might want to fix this or let your agents know of this requirement. Doug
