As long-time Texans we sincerely appreciate our neighbors to the South and all they have contributed to the unique culture of the great state of Texas.
Accordingly – and because we seldom pass up a chance to celebrate pretty much anything – we wish everyone a very happy Cinco de Mayo (that’s 5th of May – Mexico’s equivalent to the 4th of July – to those of you unfamiliar with the celebration)!
