Clients who make a payment at imga.biz/payment (after they start the process by entering their policy number and mailing zip code) will now see the minimum amount due and payment due date in addition to the policy balance. This should help avoid any questions or confusion.
We have also added this information to the Make Payment page accessed by logged-in agents so that you can verify the amount due and due date before finalizing a payment on any policy. You won’t need to look up their invoice or write anything down – it’s right where you need it when you need it.
