At iMGA we're focused on not just doing one part of the MGA insurance process incrementally better, but redesigning the entire experience so that it's dramatically improved for all parties - the consumer, the agent, the carrier and the MGA.

Redesigning Program Insurance means doing ALL of the following:

• Creating a unique processing and service model that exceeds industry standards, delivered by a highly motivated team that helps our retail agents solve their clients’ insurance needs.
• Automating the company in every aspect in order to achieve a highly efficient operating environment and extremely user-friendly agency interface. This includes a paperless environment, financial and budgetary dashboard, automated sales and marketing follow-up and unique rating/information access for retail agents. This also includes full internet access by our carrier partners to view applications, claims files, inspection reports, and financial benchmarks.
• Designing and implementing profit and commission incentives for our large retail producers to ensure complete alignment between all the parties.
• Developing focused, niche specialty program opportunities that will be written with MGA program carriers on both an admitted and non-admitted basis.

Our goal is to create a national specialty lines organization that retail agents and carriers seek out to do business with because of our reputation for focused specialty insurance programs, as well as outstanding customer service delivered by friendly and professional employees.
