Our Team

Rob Reinarz, President of iMGA, LLC, brings 23 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance business. Rob began his career as a commercial property and casualty underwriter in Dallas with the Travelers Insurance Company. He then spent 18 years in the reinsurance brokerage business as a casualty and specialty program reinsurance broker. During this time he designed and placed reinsurance for many MGA specialty programs and helped MGA clients identify carrier partners and financing sources as well as design and implement new program offerings.

Bob Quirk, Executive Vice President of iMGA, LLC, brings 42 years experience in insurance and accounting, the most recent 35 at The Quirk Group, Inc., where he is Chairman and CEO. Bob is also President of Quirk & Company and San Antonio Indemnity Insurance Company. He was also past President of the Texas Surplus Lines Association and served on the Executive Committee of the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA), was a member of the Executive Committee of the Texas Commercial Lines Assistance Program and was Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Surplus Lines Stamping Office of Texas.

James Dickey, Chief Operating Officer of iManaging General Agency Holdings, LLC (iMGA’s parent company), brings 21 years experience in insurance and insurance systems. James began his career as a product manager for Great American Insurance. He then returned to Texas where he held various product development and marketing positions at insurance companies, including homeowners specialist Republic Insurance. It was through these positions that James gained his appreciation for the tremendous impact technology played in operating an efficient insurance operation, leading him to start the insurance software company InsBridge. Most recently James was the Vice President and Executive Director of Marketing at Unitrin Specialty where agency technical support, licensing management and the web site were also under his direction.

Mike Gibbs, Director of Personal Lines for iMGA, LLC, brings 39 years of experience in insurance with an emphasis in building start-up operations in personal lines. Mike began his career as an underwriter for Floyd West & Co./Crum & Forster in Dallas, Texas before leading the entry of American National Property & Casualty into the Texas market place. He held the position of Director of Texas Underwriting and President of ANPAC General Agency of Texas before moving to Louisiana to work with Commercial Union, CGU, One Beacon and America First during their resulting mergers. Mike served most recently as the Vice President of Underwriting at American Risk Insurance Company where he was responsible for developing the underwriting and policy issue systems. He is a former board member of Southwestern Insurance Information Service.

Tony McBride, Personal Lines Underwriter for iMGA, LLC, brings over 10 years of experience in insurance and finance with an emphasis in personal lines. Tony began his career as a Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in Houston, Texas before making a transition to Property & Casualty Insurance sales on the agency side in 2002. Working in various roles for independent agencies, Tony realized his desire to work in underwriting when he moved into his position as a Personal Lines Underwriter with American Risk Insurance in Houston.

Debra Jackson, Office Manager of iMGA, LLC,  brings 20+ years experience in business operations management and marketing communications.  Debra’s diverse business background in working with organizations from start-ups to larger corporations provides keen insight in developing corporate procedures, assessing processes and systems, strategic planning and tracking, advertising/promotions, purchasing, accounting, and payroll.
